PROMOTER'S BACKGROUND

NARENDRA N PHADNIS
  • Vast experience in marketing / tendering contracts etc.
  • Good working knowledge of administration/ fema etc.
  • Joined the steel industry, followed by cement industry.
  • After working for 4 to 5 yrs joined plastic industry manufacturing plastic pipes with German collaboration.
  • Developed different applications of pipes i.e. Storage Tanks and reactors etc for chemical industry and water storage tanks for old buildings
KWH FINLAND – VICE PRESIDENT (INDIA)
  • Signed a collaboration agreement with kwh and after some initial years KWH took over the company.
  • Continued as the representative of KWH for 8 to 10 years .
  • Started the new manufacturing unit at MIDC Taloja .
  • Developed PE pipe market all over india.
  • Developed dealers and agency network.
  • Installed more than 10 underwater pipelines.
  • The turnover of the company was increased more than 10 fold.
PEZ (INDIA) – DIRECTOR
  • After 1999 joined PEZ (India), a Dutch company, as partner/director and launched its operation first in Mumbai and then in Goa.
  • The company was started for developing indigenous pipe jointing systems but later developed the flip top caps for F.M.C.G. Company.
